Founded in 1970, Editart showcases the work of renowned contemporary artists and young talent. Since its creation, we have published well over a hundred illustrated works bringing painters and sculptors into dialogue with writers and poets.
For example, Butor collaborated with Salinas, Starobinski with Garache, Haldas with Velickovic, Bonnefoy with Zao Wou-Ki, Valente with Rebeyrolle or Zambrano with Gabino. According to Vahé Godel, Editart is “a kind of international laboratory where painters, writers and printers build joint ventures” of rare quality that are part of international private libraries and collections.
Editart has also published more than a hundred engravings by artists including Calder, Miró, Koraïchi, Tàpies, Zao Wou-Ki, among others: lithographs, etchings, serigraphs, and woodcuts; and we collaborate with the best workshops in Switzerland, Italy, France, and Spain. In addition to this work, we also have a large collection of paintings, prints and sculptures, which can be seen during exhibitions and on this site.
